Offshore Renewables Development Programme (ORDP)

Supporting marine renewable energy development and commercial deployment in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly and Plymouth.

Launched in April 2014, the ORDP has been established to work with key partners in Cornwall, the Isles of Scilly and Plymouth’s distinctive marine renewable sector to encourage marine renewable technology developers to reach their next steps towards commercialisation.

Due to the South West’s strong marine heritage, Cornwall, Isles of Scilly and Plymouth boast a significant supply chain. These include world class expertise in marine engineering, diving, sub-sea operations, advanced manufacturing, composites industries and world leading consultancies to support project development.
